NOOR team expands internally with three associate partners and three sub-group leaders

2023.05.15

The NOOR team has recently expanded internally, with three new associate partners and three sub-group leaders joining its ranks. This marks an important milestone in the history of the NOOR team, with three senior associates – Audrius Slažinskas, Evaldas Petraitis and Ruslanas Boiko – being promoted to associate partner roles.

Audrius has more than 10 years’ experience in some of the Baltic states’ most complex private equity and venture capital transactions, commercial contracts, corporate restructurings and shareholder disputes. He is a member of NOOR’s Corporate and Transactions Group.

Evaldas too belongs to the Corporate and Transactions Group, and his experience includes a number of prominent business sales, investments and financial transactions.

Ruslanas, meanwhile, has 20 years of legal experience in organising and managing investigations of public interest at the Vilnius Regional Prosecutor’s Office, and he specialises in pre-trial investigations. He works in NOOR’s Business Crime and Compliance Group.

In addition, with the aim of refining the company’s processes in its key practice area, NOOR’s Corporate and Transaction Group’s sub groups are to be assigned to the following managers:

– A. Slažinskas will lead the M&A and Private Equity (PE) sub-group;

– E. Petraitis will lead the Venture Capital (VC) sub-group;

– Associate Partner Jonas Pavilionis will be responsible for the Corporate sub-group.

Pavilionis has been specialising in mergers and acquisitions for 15 years, advising companies on transactional and contractual matters, shareholder disputes, and banking, finance, real estate and restructuring procedures.

“With the successful development of our corporate and transactional practice, we are gaining more and more expertise in specialised areas. This step therefore consolidates the firm’s practice that has developed organically. The members of our team that have been chosen to act as managers are the most experienced in their respective fields. This refinement of our sub-groups will help us to better organize the firm’s internal processes, to improve knowledge, and to provide clients with even higher quality professional assistance,” explains Mindaugas Rimkus, Partner and Head of the Corporate & Transactions Group at NOOR.

Giedrius Danėlius, Partner, Head of the Business Crime and Compliance Group at NOOR, is pleased with the new additions to his team: ‘Clients appreciate Ruslanas’s competence and ability to resolve complex matters requiring specific knowledge. I am delighted to have such a high caliber addition to our team.“
