Ekskomisarų biuras is expanding further by establishing a strong presence in Kaunas

Our client, Ekskomisarų biuras, has recently acquired LK Service, a security service company operating in and around Kaunas for over two decades under the name Likurgas. The deal will strengthen the market-leading security company’s position in the region, enabling it to reach remote locations faster and take better care of its clients’ safety.

This is the largest purchase for the market-leading company in terms of revenue and number of employees and the third acquisition in the last 3 years.
