Kaunas FEZ – “Eika Asset Management” investment

Kaunas FEZ will become the new home for UAB “Tamro”, which is one of the largest pharmaceutical logistics companies and pharmacy managers in Lithuania. NOOR represented Kaunas FEZ Management Company in negotiations with UAB “Eika Asset Management” regarding new “greenfield” investment in Kaunas FEZ territory. Eika Real Estate Fund, managed by UAB “Eika Asset Management”, plans to implement the first project in Kaunas FEZ by constructing a new “built-to-suit” type building for UAB “Tamro” – the first non-Lithuanian capital wholesale company in Lithuania. “Tamro Baltics”, which also owns UAB “Tamro”, is currently one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors in the Baltics, providing comprehensive wholesale services for the supply of medicines and other products to pharmacies and hospitals. UAB “Tamro” will be the second pharmaceutical wholesaler operating in Kaunas FEZ: UAB “ABC Farma”, a pharmaceutical wholesale company, is located and successfully operates here since 2019, providing pharmaceutical warehousing and logistics services to customers from all over the world.
