Real Estate and Construction Team advised UAB PVcase, a well-known company in the innovation and solar energy segment, on conclusion of lease agreement with Baltisches Haus, a commercial real estate development and management company. UAB Pvcase will take on 730 sq. m. area of premises in a modern business and leisure complex “Bokšto skveras”, which took almost a decade to be designed and built. It is planned that more than 40 new team members of UAB PVcase will be accommodated in the new office. We advised the client and represented him in negotiations with Baltisches Haus on the lease agreement.
