Representing BaltCap in the acquisition of Bio Sala and Livinn

Our team represented the BaltCap Growth Fund (which is owned by one of the largest private capital fund managers in the Baltics – BaltCap) in the acquisition of a 100% share in the two leading organic and natural product retail networks in Lithuania – UAB Sveiki Produktai (Livinn) and UAB Bio Sala (Bio Sala).

This transaction is the second investment made by the BaltCap Growth Fund (BGF). The fund, in collaboration with its ambitious owners and managers, invests in the development of Baltic and regional enterprises by way of international expansion, acquisitions, and new product development. Livinn and Bio Sala are the leading retail networks of organic and natural food and non-food products in Lithuania. Taken together, they have 18 retail outlets and e-commerce stores.
