Representing Monimoto in issuance of convertible bonds to an investor

Our team advised Lithuanian motorcycle security and tracking devices’ manufacturer Monimoto in raising additional capital through issuance of convertible bonds to a Lithuanian venture capital fund Iron Wolf Capital.

The deal is one of the first investments by Iron Wolf Capital as well as a very important step forward for Monimoto itself, allowing the company to utilise additional capital for expansion of its product portfolio as well as expansion of its product market geography.
