Representing UAB “Esama” in acquisition of UAB “Victoria immobilis“

Our team advised UAB “Esama” in acquisition of 100% of shares in UAB “Victoria immobilis”, an owner of the building, i.e. shopping centre “IKI”, in Vilnius city, which generates the rental income to the owner.

We advised the client throughout the entire transaction up to the closing, performed the legal due diligence, prepared the transaction documents and represented the client’s interest in negotiation with the seller.
