Successful completion of Lithuanian-Estonian cross-border merger

The cross-border merger involved four Lithuanian companies and one Estonian company. The merger process was initiated in the summer of 2020 and completed in November 2020.

We advised Lithuanian companies, implemented merger actions and successfully completed the cross-border merger process and collaborated with Estonian law firm Hedman Partners, who advised on the legal aspects of the merger from the Estonian side and contributed to the successful completion of the merger process.
