The shareholders of “Norvelita” purchased a hotel Conti

We advised the client “Letėja” regarding sale of the hotel Conti, located in Vilnius Old Town.

“Letėja” sold the 3-storey 4,260 sq. m hotel, which was built in 1963 and reconstructed in 2002, to UAB “NS consulting”, who is willing to continue its operation and management.

Our team advised the client throughout the transaction up to the closing, prepared relevant transaction documentation, coordinated the process and represented the client’s interest in negotiations with the buyer.

We are pleased that the transaction was completed in very tight timeline and the client has successfully closed its activities related to this property.
