The Veikmės statyba control package is now owned by company executives

Mantas Bagdonavičius, the CEO of the construction company Veikmės statyba and Romanas Stoliarenko, the company’s construction director, have acquired a 70% stake from Unit Invest affiliated with the Icor group of companies.

In the agreement, NOOR lawyer Jonas Povilionis represented the Veikmės statybos executives purchasing the controlling company package.
