Alfonsas Sluckus

Alfonsas is part of the corporate and transaction team, specialising in corporate law, business bankruptcy, restructuring and settlement of disputes.

He obtained a Master’s degree (specialisation: Commercial law) at the Vilnius University. He has worked as a lawyer in the law firm since 2019.

In his legal practice Alfonsas has provided legal counselling to one of the largest heavy machinery manufacturers on the implementation of improvements to the company’s governance structure. The list of his clients includes one of Lithuania’s largest bankruptcy administrators, one of the leading energy companies in Lithuania, a number of start-ups, banks operating in Lithuania and abroad, etc.

Alfonsas completed the Junior officer command training at General Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania and was granted the rank of a reserve officer (lieutenant).
