Eglė Subačienė

Eglė is a member of the real estate and construction team and the dispute resolution team, with over 14 years of professional experience in dispute resolution, real estate, construction and land law, territory planning, real estate, infrastructure development, contract law and other fields.

Key professional achievements: successful representation of developers, owners, construction contractors, designers, expertise contractors, construction technical supervisors and other clients in general and administrative courts, state and municipal authorities, including the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate and the National Land Service. Clients represented by this Attorney-at-Law often win judicial disputes regarding the revocation of a building permit and the withdrawal of declarations of completion of the construction of a building initiated by the State Territorial Planning Inspectorate. Eglė provides legal counselling on lease of state-owned land, construction transactions, real estate purchase and lease, construction defects, real estate development and other legal issues.

She obtained a Master’s degree in commercial law at Vilnius University.

Eglė completed Real Estate Academy organized by Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association.
