Eglė works in the real estate and construction team. She has more than 14 years of experience in dispute resolution, real estate, construction and land law, territorial planning and contract law.

Eglė helps clients to assess and maximise the development potential of their projects, ensuring compliance with legal and territorial planning requirements. She advises on and resolves issues related to change of use of real estate, co-owners’ disputes, rights and obligations of owners’ associations. Eglė also has experience in land subdivision, state land management and the drafting of real estate contracts, and effectively resolves disputes arising from such matters.

Helping to resolve even the most complex real estate issues, Eglė offers clients creative, individual solutions and pays close attention to detail. She not only advises during negotiations, but also represents her clients’ interests in disputes when necessary, ensuring comprehensive assistance at every stage.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University.
