Haroldas is part of the NOOR white-collar crime and compliance team, where he specializes in pre-trial investigations and criminal cases related to offenses against property, economic crimes, business order, financial systems, intellectual and industrial property, electronic data and information systems security, the environment and human health, as well as crimes involving public service and public interest.
Among the key cases he has worked on are the successful defense of a Lithuanian citizen accused of physical assault against a Russian embassy employee in a politically sensitive case, the successful defense of a public servant charged with accepting a bribe for lawful actions, and the successful representation of a legal entity in court regarding charges related to engaging in illegal economic and commercial activities, among others.
He obtained his Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University.
