Ieva Vidugirė

Ieva is a Senior Associate in the disputes team with more than 10 years of practical experience. She specialises in corporate insolvency, corporate and commercial law and litigation.
Ieva represents clients in shareholder and director liability, wilful bankruptcy, voidability of transactions and other civil disputes. She also advises legal entities in financial difficulties on bankruptcy filings and bankruptcy proceedings, creditors of legal entities facing insolvency, insolvency administrators, and provides legal advice in enforcement proceedings.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Mykolas Romeris University.
