Jūratė has gained valuable experience in an executive role at Citadele bank in Lithuania. She also held managerial positions with the debt management company Intrum and Nordea bank. Jūratė has expertise in implementing organisational changes and managing business transformation.
She obtained an Executive Master in Business (MBA) from the Baltic Management Institute.
