Laura El Osta

Laura is part of the Real Estate and Construction Team, specialising in real estate law in the fields of territorial planning, land law, protected areas, construction, building design, issuance of building permits and possibilities of development and implementation of real estate project.

She has acquired her legal experience of over 12 years in the field of real estate by working in the Kaunas City Municipality Administration, being involved in territorial planning, construction and resolution of land law issues and successfully representing clients in this type of administrative and civil cases in courts, and has worked for 1.5 years as a Senior Associate in the WINT law firm, dealing with the development of real estate projects, contributing to the successful implementation of real estate projects, participating in the preparation of various real estate transactions, resolving territorial planning, construction and land law issues, and drafting procedural documents in related civil and administrative proceedings.

Laura obtained a Master’s degree in Law at Vytautas Magnus University Faculty of Law.
