Liudas specializes in the areas of technology law, intellectual property, and competition law.
Liudas has accumulated experience by representing clients before the Competition Council, courts and the European Commission in various competition law projects – investigations of prohibited agreements, merger clearing procedures, state aid issues, cases of managers’ personal responsibility for competition law violations.
Liudas also advises clients on various contractual issues in the fields of technology and intellectual property.
Liudas has completed post-university studies of competition law at King’s College London, and obtained a master’s degree in law at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University.
