Raimond Seniut

Raimond is a member of the tax law team, specializing in direct and indirect taxation consulting, tax due diligence in the M&A process and transfer pricing questions. He advises Lithuanian and international clients on the tax law issues.

His experience includes advising on the various tax questions such as application tax reliefs or allocation of revenues, expenses, preparation of requests regarding advanced pricing agreements. Raimond also gained knowledge in performing tax due diligence in some of the biggest M&A transactions in Baltic countries.

Raimond acquired a Master’s degree in law at Vilnius University and also studied law at Utrecht University.
