Ramūnas Švenčionis

Ramūnas is part of the corporate and transactions team and the public procurement team and has considerable experience in advising clients in the fields of energy, transport and infrastructure, real estate and construction, and general commercial law.

Ramūnas has undertaken key roles in major legal projects: advised AB “Klaipėdos nafta” on the implementation of a liquefied natural gas terminal in Klaipėda, which included the project structuring, regulation, public procurement procedures, including the acquisition of a liquefied natural gas floating storage – vessel, construction of a gas pipeline and a quay, terminal capacity distribution procedures, relationships with stakeholders, etc.

Ramūnas has also advised clients on public procurement procedures for the construction of large and complex infrastructure objects, development, construction and management of commercial real estate projects (foodstuff production, transport, accommodation, sports and ports), conclusion of international commercial transactions and a wide range of other day-to-day legal issues.

He obtained a Master’s degree in Law at Vilnius University.
