A victory in a €20 million dispute with the National Land Service

Saulius Urbonavičius represented a natural person in disputes with the National Land Service and the State Construction Inspectorate over the conclusion of a state-owned land lease contract and annulment of construction permit. Having heard the dispute, the Supreme Court of Lithuania developed new rules for application and interpretation of law in the matters of lease of state-owned land.
