Saulius Urbonavičius

Saulius is a member of the restructuring and bankruptcy team and the dispute resolution team, specialising in resolving complex and complicated disputes. He has gained extensive experience in representing a bank undergoing bankruptcy in civil cases of transaction disputes, with a total value of over EUR 100 million.

Saulius obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Law at Mykolas Romeris University, where he later shared his knowledge with law students for almost 10 years.

Key professional achievements: successful representation of one of the largest transport companies in Lithuania in a legal dispute over a EUR 4 million claim for additional work and a EUR 15 million counterclaim for default interest. He also represented a bank undergoing bankruptcy in civil cases of transaction disputes, with a total value of over EUR 100 million. Saulius provided legal advice to one of the largest insurance undertakings worldwide.

Saulius is a member of the Council of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.
