NOOR advised avionics startup WeSky in raising a €1.1 million investment  

Startup WeSky, the developer of the sustainable in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems hardware for commercial aircraft, has attracted an investment of €1.1 million from a consortium of investors led by venture capital fund Coinvest Capital.

WeSky’s integrated charging solution in airplane seats enhances the passenger flight experience with convenient smart device charging while improving more efficient and sustainable airline operations through reduced aircraft fuel consumption and carbon emissions. It is by far the lightest solution on the market.

In attracting the investment, WeSky was advised by Donatas Zdanavičius, NOOR’s corporate and transactions team counsel.
