Donatas Zdanavičius

Donatas is a member of the corporate and transactions team and the real estate and construction team, specialising in real estate purchased and business acquisition transactions, dealing with companies operating in the energy, technology and real estate development sectors.

He has gained experience by implementing over 40 successful large-scale real estate and business acquisition transactions.

Donatas obtained his degree and professional qualifications at Vilnius university faculty of law and at Vilnius University International Business School.

Key professional achievements: recognition by the most influential international legal directories Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Chambers Europe, in the areas of real estate and labour law.

For a number of years, Donatas shared knowledge and know-how with students; he taught at Vilnius University Faculty of Law for 7 years.
