NOOR advised WeSky on securing a €1.04 million investment

The rapidly growing Lithuanian avionics startup WeSky has secured another investment – €1.04 million from the venture capital fund Coinvest Capital and a group of business angels.

During the investment process, WeSky was advised by the NOOR legal team – partner Mindaugas Rimkus and associate Brigita Ruibytė, who provided legal counsel on all aspects related to the fundraising.

WeSky is developing an ultra-light charging system that can be integrated into aircraft passenger seats, enhancing passenger experience, improving the efficiency of aircraft power sources, and contributing to more sustainable aviation by reducing fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions.
