Successful representation of “Equinox Europe” in a €4 million worth dispute

We represented UAB “Equinox Europe” in the public procurement dispute, which was related to the decisions made by “Lietuvos paštas” in the public procurement of automatic postal items sorting unit and its technical maintenance services.

The Court supported our arguments and recognized that the equipment offered by the client is fully compliant with all requirements of the procurement documents. The acquisition of such a sorting unit is of paramount importance for the entire postal services industry, in particular because the automatic postal items sorting unit will not only enable the automated distribution of items, but also will make distribution of items faster.
