Daiva Lileikienė

Daiva leads the public procurement team, with experience of 15 years in advising clients on public procurement matters and PPP projects and representing clients in court and negotiations. Her clients include companies in the construction, pharmacy, IT and waste management sectors, and therefore, she has extensive knowledge of the business specifics of these sectors.

Key professional achievements: numerous articles on public procurement, an author and a co-author of several publications on this topic. Daiva also often shares her insights in seminars and trainings and has devoted over 500 hours to presentations on public procurement topics during her professional career.

She was awarded a Master’s degree in Civil Law at Mykolas Romeris University.
