“Švaros broliai“ has boosted its expansion

The largest and leading Lithuanian car-wash network “Švaros broliai” went ahead with expansion plans despite the pandemic. They dedicated 2020 for planning and implementing the expansion of their tunnel car-wash centers throughout Lithuania. During the last 6 months, our client has agreed on development of 10 new tunnel car-wash locations in Vilnius, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and Alytus. All the car-wash centers will be developed as built-to-suit projects according to the client needs and requirements, and upon completion – leased to “Švaros broliai“.

Real Estate and Construction team assisted our client UAB “Švaros broliai” regarding development and lease of all new tunnel car-wash locations and conclusion of respective transaction with investors. We advised and represented the client in structuring the development terms, negotiations with investors regarding execution of development and lease agreements, as well as design and construction matters. Construction and lease arrangement regarding such unique and specific object, required individual and tailored legal approach in every situation and location.
