We Advised “Ekskomisarų Biuras” on the Acquisition of Two Security Companies

Our client, “Ekskomisarų Biuras,” has acquired two security companies—100% of the shares in Kaišiadorys-based UAB “Rimsigna” and UAB “Kėdainių Nepriklausomų Patarėjų Agentūra.” With this strategic transaction, the company aims to further strengthen its position in the Kaunas region.

For over two decades, “Rimsigna” and “Kėdainių Nepriklausomų Patarėjų Agentūra” have specialized in electronic security services, offering property protection, security system installation, and maintenance services.

The smooth execution of this transaction was ensured by NOOR partner Jonas Povilionis and attorney Brigita Ruibytė.
