We are pleased to have successfully completed another important transaction, in which the international window manufacturing group IFN-Holding AG acquired 100% of the shares of UAB “Roda.”
The NOOR Law Firm team, led by Associate Partner Evaldas Petraitis, represented the seller throughout all stages of the transaction – from legal consultations and negotiations to the final closing of the deal.
Founded in 1991, “Roda” manufactures European and Scandinavian-style windows and doors and operates successfully in the Danish, Irish, and Icelandic markets. We believe this transaction will further strengthen the company’s ability to grow in international markets, while ensuring a more stable supply chain and sustainable development for the IFN group.
