Andrėja Novikovaitė

Works in the Corporate and Transactions team. Assists the team in preparing documents for company formation, reorganisation, restructuring, and liquidation processes, and contributes to various team tasks.

Andrėja is a Bachelor’s student in the Law and Financial Technologies programme at Mykolas Romeris University. She is actively involved in academic activities – she has authored several scholarly articles and takes part in various projects, continuously developing her skills both personally and academically.
