He is a member of the transport team, specialising in transport, insurance, labour, corporate and customs law matters. Andrius has gained experience in advising and representing Lithuanian and international logistics companies in legal disputes. He worked as an expert in the joint working group of railway organisations OTIF and OSJD, which drew up uniform conditions for the carriage of goods by rail under the common CIM/SMGS consignment note.
His expertise includes advice to carriers using various transportation modes, forwarders, port agents, customs agents and trade companies.
Andrius acquired a Master’s degree in commercial law at Vilnius University and a Master’s degree in European Private Law at the University of Amsterdam (The Netherlands).
