Arminas Magyla

Arminas is a member of the dispute resolution team, specialising in dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on commercial litigation. He advises clients on all stages of litigation and represents them in court. In addition to dispute resolution as his main field of expertise, Arminas is proficient in real estate, corporate law and insolvency and also has extensive experience in handling all intellectual property matters.

He obtained a Master’s degree in law at Vilnius University.

Public activities: Arminas is the author of a research project funded by the Ministry of Education and Science Prevention of plagiarism and purchasing of dissertations and theses in schools of higher education. Legal evaluation and held a seminar Copyright. The creator’s portfolio for the members of the Lithuanian interdisciplinary artists’ association and the Lithuanian composers’ union.
