Daiva is the head of the dispute resolution team, specialising in challenging and complex business disputes requiring quick response. She has gained extensive experience in advising clients in shareholder, damage compensation, insolvency and legal entity disputes in some of the highest-profile cases in the history of Lithuanian judicial practice. Partner Daiva represented Lithuanian and foreign entities at the EU Court of Justice, including before an extended composition of judges, which inter alia examined the terms and conditions of Lithuania’s EU Accession Treaty and provided clarifications.

She obtained a Master’s degree in Law at Vilnius University and completed the post-graduate studies at Mykolas Romeris University and at the French University of Pau et Pay de l’Adour.

Key professional achievements: recognition by the market leaders and international legal directories, such as Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal, etc. Daiva is a former member of the Lithuanian Investors Association and a current member of the Council of the Lithuanian Business Confederation (ICC).
