Tadas Katauskas

Tadas is part of the dispute resolution team, specialising in the field of bankruptcy and restructuring, plus maritime and transport legal matters. He has gained considerable experience in advising clients on resolution of various matters related to the initiation and enforcement of bankruptcy, initiation of deliberate bankruptcy, disputes concerning the invalidity of transactions, civil liability of managers of legal entities, compensation for damage to goods during transportation, etc.

Tadas obtained a Master’s degree in Business law at Mykolas Romeris University and a Master’s degree in Commercial law (LL.M, Maritime and Transport Law Programme) at Erasmus University Rotterdam (the Netherlands).

He served an internship in the New York (USA) office of the Maritime law firm Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP.
