NOOR defended an employer in a €170 000 damages lawsuit

A former employee filed a lawsuit against his previous employer (our client) demanding €170 000 in material and immaterial damages. This demand related to a work injury, which led to them partially losing his capacity to work.

In both the court of first instance and the court of appeal our firm’s lawyers successfully defended our client’s interests proving that, as an employer, our client had performed no unlawful action regarding his former employee and was thus not liable for any damages.
