Marius Rindinas

Marius is a member of the employment law team, migration team and gaming and gambling law team. He also specialises in the areas of personal data protection, intellectual property and commercial transactions.

Marius has assisted a number of companies and organisations with the relocation of business and staff to Lithuania. He has consulted state authorities regarding the improvement of the legal and regulatory environment and also advised on the improvement of the regulation of betting and gambling. Marius has gained considerable experience in representing clients in data protection, gambling and commercial disputes. He has assisted a number of group of companies to prepare for the implementation of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Marius also has a long experience in consulting international NGOs.

He obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Law at Mykolas Romeris University where he also worked as a lecturer.

In cooperation with Invest Lithuania, Marius implemented a strategic project for the improvement of the immigration model for Lithuania. Thanks to this project, the opportunities for foreign highly-qualified professionals to reside and work in Lithuania have been facilitated.
