Successful representation in a €18 million public procurement dispute

Successful representation in a public procurement dispute concerning the procurement of public transport services.

We represented the defendant Alytus City Municipality Administration in the public procurement dispute, which was related to the decisions made in public procurement of public transport in Alytus city.

With the input of our team the client was able to prove having ruled justified decisions in the public procurement procedure and won the case. As an outcome the public procurement contract has been concluded lawfully.
