Dovilė is a member of the real estate and construction team, specialising in the fields of real estate transactions (real estate purchase – sale, rental, etc.).
She advises local and international clients on real estate development, rental, and management matters. Dovilė contributes to the implementation of various real estate development projects – performs real estate due diligence, prepares documentation on various types of real estate transactions, and advices clients on related issues. She also specialises in advising free economic zone and industrial park managers on various regulatory matters and contracts.
Dovilė obtained a Master’s degree in law at Vilnius University.
