Representing “Nord Wind Park” in a Renewable Energy Project

The NOOR team represented the sellers in the sale of 100% of UAB “Nord Wind Park” shares to the buyer, “Ignitis Renewables.” Our team provided comprehensive legal support throughout the entire transaction, from participation in negotiations to the preparation, coordination, and signing of transaction documents. Throughout the process, we remained focused on our client’s needs and the desired outcome.

Additionally, NOOR’s Real Estate and Construction Law group advised UAB “Nord Wind Park” in the development of a 200 MW wind farm, a 50 MW solar power plant, and a 20 MW (80 MWh) energy storage system in the Pasvalys region, providing full legal assistance from the project’s inception. With a deep understanding of Lithuania’s evolving legal framework, we assisted our client in navigating land-use planning and regulatory compliance requirements. Leveraging our extensive market experience, we prepared land lease agreements, servitudes, and infrastructure contracts, ensuring a solid legal foundation for the successful implementation of the project.
