Evaldas Petraitis specialises in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financing, and renewable energy transactions. He advises clients throughout all stages of business development – from early-stage investments to the execution of complex transactions. Evaldas also leads the firm’s Venture Capital subgroup.
