Lina Šimė

Lina is part of the real estate and construction team and the dispute resolution team, specialising in the fields of real estate transactions, construction, dispute resolution, corporate law and insolvency.

She has gained experience in representing clients in complex and resonant litigation, as well as in large business transactions. Lina also places a major focus on amicable resolution of disputes by representing clients in negotiations and mediation procedures.

Lina is recognised by market leaders and the international legal directory Legal 500, in the 2020-2023 issues. Legal 500 indicates that Lina Šimė is an expert in civil and administrative law.

She obtained a Master’s degree in Business law at Mykolas Romeris University.

Lina has been engaged in the Lithuanian Bar Association since 2007, and before that she worked as Assistant Regional Manager in one of the largest banks in Lithuania.
