Giedrius Murauskas

Giedrius has been representing clients in construction, design, managers’ liability and insolvency disputes and in arbitration cases for over 20 years. He has acquired considerable experience in managing problematic loans.

Giedrius obtained a Master’s degree in Law at Vilnius University (VU) and subsequently deepened his knowledge at VU German Law Centre, Hagen University in Germany (Master’s degree in Mediation), IBA and College of Law of England and Wales (International Diploma in Arbitration Practice, Duke University, USA (Course on Reasoning and Arguments), Michigan University, USA (Course on Finance), and Pennsylvania, USA (Course on Financial Accounting).

Key professional achievements: the international legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners acknowledge Giedrius as one of the leading lawyers in the Lithuanian dispute resolution market. Giedrius is an arbitrator of Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration.
